We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time. Once we receive your order we aim to have your toys to you within 4 – 6 weeks.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

however because all toys are custom made to the wearer then we are unable to refund these once they have been made.You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

All orders are sent in plain packaging such as a plain cardboard box or a plain couriers box so there’s absolutely no way of telling what’s inside the package or who the sender is.
